Memory usage 100%

When I use Netmeeting and make a call it works fine. When I try and recieve a call, memory usage rises untill it get to 100%. I then get a prompt that I am low on virtual memory. Netmeeting stops responding. I have tried to increase the page file with no luck. Under processes in task manager conf.exe is using all the systems memory.

I am really stuck on this one.

I've rum memtest86 and the memory is working fine.

Pls can somebody help me. Thanks in advance.
