Memory upgrade help 1

I have a 2651XM that I want to increase the memory in. If I read this correctly, I currently have 32K of memory in it.

Does Cisco memory need to be installed in pairs? If yes, does that mean I have two 16K chips in it currently (I have not looked under the hood)? What is the maximum I can install in this 2651XM?
