I'm planning on building a new computer..I'm getting this motherBoard: I'm not sure if regular 168-pin RAM will work with the 240-Pin connectors on the MotherBoard...If someone knows, please help me...i need to know if i can use my old memory or if i have to upgrade.

You will need to order new DDR2 memory. There is no way your old SDRAM memory will ever work with this board. I highly suggest you download the owner's manual or check Intel's site for suggested compatible memory.
