Memory problems with Active X?

Hello, Excuse me for my ignorance but I have a problem that
some think may be related to ActiveX, which I know nothing about. However one of our programmers says that he suspects ActiveX may be causing our Dr.Watson Access violation errors
in our client server application(written In Centaura.) I think memory is not being released by the program after certain processes and causing these errors. I know there
