Memory Leak?

I am recieving a critical warning from my DC that it is out of Logical memory. I checked all the running processes and the proxy service, W3PROXY.exe, is using over 123,000k - is this normal for this service? I'm running SBS 2K with SP3.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated,
