Memory Error

Hi,

I have VB .net application. It runs fine when I run it in debug mode. But when I call the .Exe from command prompt, it completes all the tasks it throws the message saying 'memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate'. I am a little new to the .net world. How can I avoid this message? Help is much appreciated.
