Memory Error 43 When Running On 2000 Server fp 2.6

I'm experiencing frequent Memory Error 43 in foxpro 2.6 when running off a 2000 Server with Terminal Services/Citrix installed

I'm up to date with trying the Memlimit 90,5k,25k.

I'm also aware of the Fixes for TS (which fixes the files being closed by other users).

I don't have my nt config set up for files, but I assume that would not effect a MEMORY error.

I was starting to wonder about the FCBs?

I've read all the old stuff on Memory errors.. but am looking for someone who may have a specific Idea about the Server issue.

I know nothing specific about TS/Citrix, but have found that specifying the max memory in the MEMLIMIT greater than 16384 (16MB) can cause problems. I normally use:
MEMLIMIT = 80, 2048, 16384
