memory dump after crash

I had been told that you could change the DUMP amount when you had auto restart in Windows XP... but i can not find the note any where.... if any body know plz advise... thank you

the problem is caused by WinXP and my Starband Modem driver not being signed.... Starband is working on the problem... if i could just shut the memory core dump off it would save a lot of time.
