I tried to update the firmware on a TN2302 AP (HW version 20) to the latest firmware release (120) and now the card is in alarm and not working. Have you ever had this happen and if so, were you able to correct it or did you have to replace the card?

the MEDPRO takes 5-10 minutes to upgrade, if it is still not working, you can try and remove/reinstall the card (reseat), and see if it comes back to life. If it does not, then the firmware upgrade didn't work, and you'll have to replace the card.

we tried that too. No luck. Avaya is getting a new card for us.

Well, I guess I won't be upgrading any MEDPRO's to FW120, will leave them at FW118. I wonder if they are going to pull this firmware, or you just had an unusual "quirk"?

I loaded FW120 with no problem (Definity 9.5):

TN2302AP HW11 FW120

I think my situation was unique and I doubt there's anything wrong with FW 120. That medpro card seemed a little flaky to start with and that's why I was trying to update the firmware to see if it would help.
