Medpro DSP resources on "odd" channels only

We have a location on CM 4.1 with tn2302 h21 fw117 boards where the "status media-processor board xxxxx" shows only channels 1,3,5,7 in use and does not even show the 2,4,6,8 channels. The medpros in all 2 PN's are doing this.

Users are complaining of dropped calls.
Thoughts?

Since CM 4.0, all of the TN2302AP MEDPROs only show the 4 channels 1 3 5 7.. I don't think this is a problem. This is just how it is with CM 4.0 or above... I would look at your Duplex and Speed for your MEDPRO's, and make sure you lock both the cards and ethernet switch ports to 100MB/Full.
