I need to create a startup shortcut to media player that will start a specific playlist. Any place that list the command line options for MP?

Thanks for the link, the site will be helpfull for other issues but so far there does not seem to be a command line option to start a playlist defined in MP.

I have a laptop setup for our PBX's hold line and on reboot I want it to open MP and start a defined playlist.

Any thoughts on a simple solution?

Hmmm, I don't think media player has that functionality, keeping searching... Try a google search.

Found it,
"wmplayer.exe" /PLAY "C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Music\My Playlists\playlistname.wpl"

The WPL extension is for the playlist itself.
