I am getting this message after installing media player 10 - 'the application failed to start because gdiplus.dll was not found - try reinstalling the product'. Does anyone know how to correct it? - a reinstall does not work.

A roll back will probably enable media player to work but not solve this problem.

Have you searched for the file? Does it exist? Hav you tried registering it? (regsvr32)

No, it's not there. It's happened twice now, really annoying.

Thank you both for your input thus far. When I get home I will have a look at all those options!! - and hopefully something will work!

I placed gdiplus.dll in the win/syst32 dir and then reinstalled MP10 and it now works fine. THANKS
