Can somebody explain the usage of MM710B DS1 and MM714B analog
media module in G430?

I assume DS1 used for terminating a trunk from CO(CO-PBX)

What about analog DID trunks? also do we need to admin it on s8300 lsp?

Thanks,

The MM710B T1/E1 Media Module terminates a T1 or an E1 connection to either private enterprise network trunks or to trunks to the public network.

The Avaya MM714 provides four analog telephone ports and four analog trunk ports.

You do not do any config on the lsp, everything is done on the main server for the G430.

Thanks mojoputte.

Client has provided me with same serve rname for DNS and NTP servers, but i think NTP server should be separate from DNS server

Am i correct?

Why? NTP and DNS can work together on the same server - Most Microsoft domain controllers will have both services, so I'd reckon the address that you have is one of their domain controllers

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
