Media Manager – New Agents' Recordings Not Showing in User Portal (Others enabled)

Hi everyone,


I'm running Avaya IP Office with Media Manager.
We’ve recently added two new agents (extensions: 33624 and 33626). Call recording for both is working fine — recordings are successfully stored and can be seen from the Admin portal.


We’ve also enabled access for our supervisor (User Portal) with the Others box checked, and manually added the new extensions in the allowed list (e.g. 33624,33626).
However, recordings for these two agents are not showing in her portal — even though everything works fine for existing agents.

What could be missing?

Still stuck with the Media Manager issue where new agents' recordings (ext. 33624/33626) don’t appear in the User Portal, even though they’re working fine in Admin view and are added under “Others”.
Any insights appreciated 🙏
