I have a conferernce bridge card and when trying to call in, I get a fast busy. There is no one conferenced into it now, but it shows each port as IDLE (2616 LOG IN). I have disabled and enabled the card,but I am still getting a fast busy (actually it gives half of a ring and goes fast busy). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'd do a reset or remove and re-seat the card.
