Media Check Error, please help

I am currently using hard disks instead of tapes. I have one job that works fine but im trying to find out what i missed creating the other jobs once i made one that worked. I get this error in my log after a test run:

Online Media Check: Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job
Overwrite Media Check: There is no media online or nearline that can be overwritten or the job has been marked append/terminate.


any suggestions?
