Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of measured VDN's you can have if you set them up as external?

I know BCMS is 512, but I can't seem to find anything concerning CMS.

Thanks!
Barry

In CentreVu supervisor you set this limit in the " system setup - data storage allocation table".

...oops. Hard disk is of course important, but there is a system limit as well. On a G3R here the limit is 19500.
Hope this helps.

In CMS you can bump it up under "System Setup"-"Data Storage Allocation". But, CMS needs to be in in "Single User Mode" (find this under System Setup-CMS State) and "Data Collection" must be off.

Make sure to do this when the call center is closed or when traffic is low because you will lose the current reporting interval.

Thanks for your help! We were starting to get a little nervous :)
