measured skill sets not giving stats.

I have 13 skill sets all set up the same, they are set "measured" to "both" however two of the skil sets occasionaly stop sending stats to bcms and cms , i have had to get all agents to log out change "measured" to "none" and then back to "both" get them to log back in and this cures the issue for a couple of days.

Obviously the customer is getting narked , i have gone over everything i can find in documentation and cant see anything obvious that im missing ,any thoughts / ideas would be greatly welcomed.

up date ..removed skill sets and re added but still no joy , this is strange as its only happening on skill 4 and skill 10.
