Measured Principle

I am trying to remove a station and it tells me that i cannot due to measured principles. I figured out where it is but i am unsure of what it does exactly. Before i remove this, does anybody know what this is used for?

I use measured princpals to prove to the extension owners and bosses alike that the phone is either needed or not needed. I think it's the phone geeks tool. You can also use it for measuring trunk traffic.

change meas prin" to remove it. "list meas prin" to check out the reports.
