Meaning of an audit journal entry?

I've been auditing the AS/400 for authority failures. One of the entries that keeps showing up is "VP - Network password error" from job QZLSSERVER. I think it has something to do with how the netserver is configured. This entry is created every time a user accesses QDLS, but apparently not directories under root/home. There is no problem from the users standpoint, they are not denied access. I'm just wondering why the entry is being generated and if there is a way to stop it. Thanks.
