I only have dbf file generated by MS SQL 2000 and I want to get the mdx file, how can I get mdx file out of this?

mdx is an index file for DBF file format (1st used with dBIV). I doubt that you can create an MDX file extension with MS SQL unless they provide a utility to create one, although I can't imagine why they would! There's always a better way...
