MDaemon to Exchange 2000 conversion

We want to bring over email from a MDaemon mail server to an Exchange 2000 mail server. Does anyone know how to do this?

You need to create the new mailbox in exchange, then import the pst's into the newly created mailbox.

you need to be sure you set the delivery to the exchange mailbox.

Easy stuff once Exchange is configured correctly.

What if some people only use the MDAEMONS web based email? We have both outlook users and web based email users.

I believe in the Mdaemon admin tool, there is a way to export the mailbox to a csv or pst. Then you import that into exchange as the others and use Outlook Web Access.

You may have to fire up outlook for the web based users and create a pst, then import.

I am pretty sure there is a export tool in mdaemon though.
