does anyone have experience in fine tuning of codecs interworking in bc12 and cisco? i got only signalling negotiation: calls passes to both md110 sides, but no speech. any ideas?

Use your sniffer and look what codec they try to use in each direction. I seen problem where CISCO try one codecand MD another. Then speech fail. If that the case I suggest that you configure CISCO dialpeer too have only one codec (the one you want to use).
