what do you mean with ceasing of extns??
If you mean removing an extension, it depends on the type:
EXTEE
IR=X; // for analog extensions
KSEXEIR=X; // for digital extensions
CXAKEIR=X; // for dects
IPEXEIR=X; // for IP extensions
GEDIEIR=X; // for virtual extension
