This is an application a little bit like MS Access to manage your inventory off your PBX.
The application uses the communication channel for synchronization.
It shows the LIM,the magazines (after definition) and the single unites (ELU, TLU, ...)

Hi, FYI,
you will find a documentation ( .doc) for the sam-tools in the folders, where sam was installed.
e.g:
...\Service Assistant Manager\MD Inventory Tool\ mit.doc
...\Service Assistant Manager\Ericsson Software Distributor\ esd.doc
.....
