Mcshield service hang on starting with 99% cpu usage.

On many of our Windows XP Pro computers , VirusScan 7 not worked. After reboot Mcshield service stucked in "starting" phase and use 99% from CPU. After manualy kill the procces sometimes service started normaly - sometime stucked again.
I`m tryed to install VS 7.1 - same results.

HELP !!!
