MCDN??? 1

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to make changes in our Nortel 81C and came across several dn's listed as MCDN. Can any one tell me where to print these and how to makes changes on them to route them to a different destination? Thanks so much you are always very helpful!!!

in ld 23 when you build an acd group, if you answer mcdn yes, the dn shows msdn (message center dn).. ld 23 prt acd then enter the dn... usually just need to look at the ncfw..

mcdn are usually steering codes that can light msg lamps
