we are not able to get 7 people to forward busy or fwd no answer to nupoint.

It looks like the limit is from 2 or 3.

What can I do best or how to troubleshoot.

I guess I don't understand what you are asking. Certainly Nupoint is a destination not a source of forwarding. What phone system?
