I am having problems with the icon for Mcafee Security Center on my desk top. I have a Virus Scan and Personal Firewall subscription service. The icon is normally a white M in a red square but is a white M in a black square now. Both subscription services are enabled when I am on-line. I have contacted tech support, which I suspect is outsourced to India where the persons I contact have names (Westernised) which are to be seen to be believed. Even the honest supervisor(Indian name) who was my last resort (shantanu.sharma@hclbpo.com) who sent me a patch to fix the black M was not helpful as it does not work. Does any expert with Mcafee system know what the problem could be? Thank you.
