McAfee NetShield 4.61 Auto Update

Hi,

I'm having a problem on my NetWare 4.11 servers, I recently upgraded to NetShield 4.6.1 and I have the McAfee for Netware console installed on my P.C. I have the dat update set to run and pull the dat from nai's ftp site, which is the default, however, it always fails. there is some vauge information about an update.ini file that needs to be in place in the 'destination folder' but the documentation never clairifies what that is.

any help would be much appreciated, thanks
