When I attempt to access the properties of a Public Folder, I get the following error:
Extension 'MBXFAX' could not be loaded. The extension for Microsoft Exchange Administrator's CPU type has not been installed on the site. Microsoft Exchange Administrator ID no: c1031667.
If I ignore the error, I can see the folder's basic properties but I can't change them. Does this mean that the folder is open by user and can't be changed at this current moment? Any help is appreciated.
