MBG - TW License Required 1

Hi All,

I'm after some help as I'm now stuck after trying everything I now.

I have a customer that has had their MBG installed for over 2 years, they have 8 softphone users and 8 Teleworker handsets.

2 nights ago the customer had a power cut, we rebooted the server the following morning - the softphone users came up and are working. but the remote Teleworker handsets wont come back up.

The error on the handsets are stating (TW LICENSE REQUIRED - CONTACT TW ADMIN)

As you can see below there are licenses assigned to the MBG, The MBG status is enabled.

Is the MBG online? Can you ping mitel-amc.com from the MSL putty/console root login?
You may need to clear the hardware ID and re-establish it. Make sure you have access to the AMC site for this record before you start, or you will have a bad day.
1. In the Server-Manager web page, go to Service Link - Status.
2. Copy the Service account ID (application record ID).
3. Then click Deactivate your ServiceLink account, please click here.
4. Find the app record on the AMC site and clear the hardware ID.
5. back to the ServiceLink Status page - enter the application record ID - noted in item 2 - and click activate.
