Maybe a Patch for Nortel 3.7???

We are still having a few issues with our software for our Meridian system. We downloaded and installed the 3.7 software with XP, but we can't generate reports, can't delete anything in groups, just a few things. Is there something else we should know about the 3.7, a patch maybe?

Not sure if Succession had 3.7 though.

Quick suggestion if BCM then make sure you are using Java 1.5 and not 1.6.

It is the old, old system Norstar Manager.

The version on the software says MICS WI 3.13

3.7 was the last release of Norstar Manager. It should work with XP, but I don't know about Vista. What kind of RAD are you using to connect to the MICS?

You could try right-clicking the shortcut to Norstar Manager, click Properties, select the Compatibility tab, and set the compatibility mode to Win98.

You could also try either a different FastRAD or one of the older enhanced RADs.
