Does anybody happen to know the pinouts for a terminal / printer connected to a maxspeed board ? Any help would be appreciated.

Which Maxspeed board? There are 5 multiport models that I am aware of.

Most terminals and printers can be configured to use XON/XOFF protocols, thereby making cabling a bit(sic) easier. This is also known as software handshaking. Certain Okidata printers need to be configured to ignore hardware handshaking signals or they will still use them even when set to XON/XOFF protocol.

DB25 to DB25 is typically pins 2-3, 3-2, 7-7. It also helps to carry a null-modem in case the above doesn't work, if both devices are DTC or DCE, then pins 2-2, 3-3, 7-7 usually does it.
