Can someone tell me what the maximum amount of simultaneous calls there can be in an IP Office 406 or 412?

We are working with a customer in a Call Center environemnt that needs to know the limit.

Thanks.

Don

the IP office is a non blocking switch
it can handle ass many calls as there are external lines & extns.

if you are using IP phones then the number of calls between IP devices & no IP devices (eg phone to external line) is limited by the number of VCM channels in the system

There's is an upper limit on how many calls can be presented to an IPO before it causes problems but this was so high that you can't get that amount unless something goes wrong in your system.

Don't remember exactly but think it was 14000 per minute on a 406.

You can only have 120 incoming calls on an IPO 412 using 2xdual pri so that ain't a problem.
