Hi All,
I have done a search and found one post the same but didnt understand the fix, so I am posting my question.

We have exchange 5.5 running on a win2k box.
We get our email routed up from our head office.
They control all the email ( a real pain .

Most accounts work fine for sending and reciving email, there are about 30 mail box's at any one time created at our head office and then recreated up here by me to recive the emails.

2 accounts are not reciving emails from outside of our domain. We get the following return email error.

did not reach the following recipient(s):

Maximum receipt headers exceeded (possible mail loop).

None of our DNS or MX records have been changed at all.
Head office says the same and suggests deleting the mail box and re-creating it.
We tried this and still no joy.

Any help will be apreciated as it is realy annoying.

Oh!! of interest is we can email directly to the mail box's ... as in user@mail.domain.com if that is of any help.

Thanks in advance.

Yosh
