Maximum paper size?

Hello
Can anyone recommend a software package (to run on XP) that will allow me to specify whatever paper size I want. I need to be able to incorporate drawing objects, jpgs, text etc. The paper size I need to specify is 397mm width x unlimited length. At the moment I use microsoft word, print out A4 pages and sellotape them end to end!

Any suggestions appreciated.

Not sure about the limits for paper size, but have you considered Adobe Pagemaker, Illustrator or Photoshop? If memory serves me correctly, you can get some truly ridiculously large page sizes with those products, but they are a bit spendy...
