There is no specific device license - it is achieved by the
base license plus additional storage node licenses.
Each SN license adds the same amount of devices that comes
with the basic license (16 in your case). So if you want to
install more devices, you need to add such a license.
BTW - after that, it does not matter whether you specify
local or remote devices.
