maximum number of concurrent processes since startup

Hi,
once I knew a way to find out the maximum number of concurrent processes that had been active since instance startup. Unfortunately I forgot it (it was part of a quite simple view I think)
Anyobody out there who can tell me?

This query gives the max number of session :

SELECT sessions_highwater
FROM v$license;
