I HAVE A NORTEL OPTION 81 C PBX WITH OCTEL 250 VMAIL THE VMAIL HAS 72 AGENTS (ACD) CAN I OUT THE AGENTS SO TO RECOVER THE ACD TN"S (CURRENTLY MAXED OUT). I AM HOPING TO REPROGRAM THE TN"S WITH A HUNT. CAN THE PBX HUNT 72 TIMES FROM A SINGLE CALL NUMBER

No it can not. I believe the maximum is 31 or 32 times.

31 but you can forward no answer a station to another 31 member hunt group.. you just need the last number to never be busy..

hunt 1 to 2
thru 29 to 30, then hunt 30 to a non used analog dn, fna that to port 31 which hunts to 32 then t0 33 etc.. trash workaround but i've had to do it with centigram

You can also use an ACD as your FDN and hunt point for 30, then use the NCFW to point to number 31. (You need to set the ACD to yes as a MWC, then change it to No after you have programmed your sets.)

I had this set up for my IVR before I went to ACD and it worked also. The IVR had 96 ports and was fairly reliable.
