Maximize/Minimize box Question

I have a windows app and on the form I have both the maximize box and the minimize box property set to true, but when I run the app, all I get is the X in the upper right corner. Has anyone else seen this? The form is called from a module and uses EnableVisualStyles for the XP look if that matters. Thanks

What "formborderstyle" are you using on the form?

Fixed Single or Dialog should be this you want ?
