Maximise Access Forms and remove buttons etc 1

Hello all....

How would I create a database that when the autoexec form opens, the form is opend a set size in the centre of the screen and maximised within the Access window and all the buttons and menus from access toolbars are removed?

I essentially want to be able to have users presented with a basic form where they can only use the buttons I give them and then only close the db by pressing a close button.Therfore keeping the form and access as tidy as possible.
