Max Users

Hi

Does anyone know the max number of people who can be simultaneously interacting with an access database.

I am building an online project and it would be nice to use the existing database but I seem to remember eading somewhere that the number of users at one time was limited.

The limit is 255 but in practical terms I would have concerns about trying more than 20, maybe 30. This would depend on how much concurrent activity was going and the server/network spec.

This is based on Access97 but I think the same applies to 2000.
