MAX CRASHED DAMMIT!

Its been awhile since I had forgotten to save my work but I seem to remember an auto bak type function in max 3. I used this before to recover I believe. Any one remember? Any help is greatly appreciated.

This must have been one of those days. Under the max folder is "Autoback"
