Matte display laptop - Recomendations?

My wife has a Dell Studio laptop that has a matte finish 17.5" display. I'm spoiled by the 24" display on my PC.
It seems to work well and be pretty trouble free once we got one that worked. I had to take the first one back because it wouldn't boot.
they sell them at Best Buy and it's a lot easier to take it back to them then return it to Dell plus the price was actually cheaper from them then direct from Dell.
It has good sound for a laptop, and the built in camera works ok.
It seems to have good battery life as well.
My wife is happy with it, she wanted a new computer because her old Dell XPS lap top was only 15" but it worked reliably for a number of years and is now in use by my niece.
