Hello everyone

Recently my Nortel Network option 81c has a error like this"DTA224 56 1;DTA224 56 7;etc".and it's reports happened every 15 minute.can you help me what I can do?

Another err is my OTM has't connected to the terminal.when I connected to terminal, the terminal report the error is "MAT003 USER ADMIN IP ADDRESS XX XX XX XX".

What can i do?thank you everyone!!!

repost as a otm error, when most otm users see mat that assume your using 10 year old non supported software.

very tahnks!!!! but my OTM have used one years ago.and the OTM don't report error but the terminal appeared the error.

For the OTM error check in the customer 0 under properties of the site. Site needs to be closed for any changes. Check to make sure name and password are correct.

MAT003 means there are too many sessions already active to accept a new session, or possibly no sessions available. By sessions the PBX means PTY's. It could be the PTY's (psuedo TTY) are hung, or you have other OTM users connected.

One strange aspect of PTY's is that is when you stat them, they show disabled, until they are in use, then they show active. Use LD 37 to stat TTY, and see what the PTY's show.

Hope this helps,

Scott M.

ok i see my system, in my system the PTY are all disable but I don't kown what is the OTM's.so scott M can you tell me what can i do next?

i have a idea that is INI's the system, but i don't kwon this whether or not.

thanks every one.
