Master Volume Mute

Does any one know whether it is possible to disable the mute tick box?

I want to stop the users muting the volume. I also need to know if there is any way to set default levels?

Can you do anything via Access Permissions on MMsys.cpl?

You can see what is available via Group Policy under User Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ Control Panel.
