I apologize for being vague:

I have a user that cannot see the network neighborhood objects, everything else is fine, and I'm pretty sure that the master browser record is hosed.

I remember there exists a command prompt command to "Refresh" the master browser records, but for the life of me I can't remember it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
