Bit of a mission here:
One of our clients has a network containing 80 or so 95 sets logging onto both a NT and Novell server. EVERY set has been blue screening recently, although with different error messages. This has occurred only recently - there were no major problems before...
They're all running McAfee VirusScan 4.5.0 and share various printers and network drives. The only difference in the last couple of weeks has been the introduction of 4 Windows 98 sets - would this have any effect?
Here's an example of one of the messages:
A Fatal Exception has occurred at 0028: c001F14B in vxd ifsmgr(01)
*000036DF . The current application will be terminated.
I know it's a long shot for a solution, but appreciate your help anyway.
Cheers,
steve
