Mass Printing Error

Ok i went home the other night and within 15min of leaving. i got a phone call to say that every networked printer was printing rubbish, so where talking 17,i got 1 of the ladies who was grabbing overtime to try restart the spooler but this hung, so she then rebooted the server.

i then when i got home TS into the server from home to check out things, I found in the event log that it was trying to print still on all printers, i opened up each Q and found a remote downlevel doc from 1 user trying on all printers, i delelted this and all seems ok now, Anyone know what the @~@} happened there, not seen this ever.
